Mitsubishi Electric presents the GOT2000 family as the successor to the 'GOT1000' operating devices. The completely updated hardware and software of the series has been adapted to today's customer requirements. A faster processor - compared to the 'GT16' series - ensures twice the monitoring and boot speed of the GT27 operating devices; the internal memory capacity is also four times larger. Thanks to multi-touch and gesture operation, handling the current HMIs is intuitive. For example, users can enlarge windows for operation or activate two buttons simultaneously, even when wearing gloves. The company has also expanded the communication options of the series: In addition to Ethernet, two serial interfaces (RS232, RS422/485) and the SD card slot, USB connections on the front or rear provide flexibility and options such as the backup and restore function for parameters and programs. An optional WLAN interface enables remote access to the HMI via PCs and tablets.
