Actively cooled high-resolution camera

Using Thermo-Electric Cooling (TEC) based on a Peltier element, the high-resolution 61 MP industrial camera 'hr455xXGE-T' in mono or color from SVS-Vistek is kept at a constant operating temperature even under changing external conditions.

The TEC concept is specially optimized for large-area sensors. SVS-Vistek has developed a new housing design with integrated ventilation for this purpose. The camera is equipped with a 10GigE interface. According to the manufacturer, other technical features include precise image calibration, homogeneity, a large dynamic range that enables the detection of minimal luminescence and color differences, a memory option of up to 32 Gbytes and a robust design.
