New solution configurator for B2B marketplace
The B2B marketplace visionpier is introducing a new solution configurator designed to make it easier for industrial users to find the right machine vision solutions.
There is currently a selection of over 100 applications from various industries on visionpier. The solution configurator enables users to quickly find the right solution for their individual challenges. To do this, they answer a few simple questions, which are illustrated by pictures. If, for example, they are looking for an automation option in quality assurance, they are asked questions about the object to be inspected, the material and the defect to be detected. At the end, a results page presents precisely tailored image processing solutions that can be requested directly.
"Finding the best solution can be challenging in a marketplace as diverse as visionpier," explains Sigrid Rögner, Head of Business Innovation and Ecosystem at IDS Imaging Development Systems. "Our new solution configurator guides searchers specifically through the range of products on offer. At the same time, our providers receive important information from the answers, which they can use to work better on projects."
