Sebastian Betzin has been working in software development for over 25 years and brings expertise and industry knowledge to his new role. During his four-year term of office, he intends to focus on forward-looking technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain. "My goal is to work with VDMA Software and Digitalization to drive technological development forward and set standards that will make companies competitive in the long term," says Betzin. "I am particularly keen to increase software quality and product efficiency through AI-supported software development. We should also focus more strongly on innovation and on customers and business models."
