New President for the EMEA region
Rockwell Automation has appointed Gustavo Zecharies as president of the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, effective immediately. In his new role, Zecharies reports to Scott Genereux, SVP and Chief Revenue Officer, and succeeds Susana Gonzalez, who is leaving Rockwell Automation to pursue other opportunities.
In this role, Zecharies will manage and strategically align sales, services and technology solutions in the EMEA region. The focus will be on growing the OEM segment, which accounts for a significant portion of the business in the region. Zecharies will drive sales growth, performance of strategic initiatives, improving sales force effectiveness and people development in the organization. Most recently, he served as Regional Vice President for Latin America in Global Sales & Marketing.
"Gustavo has had a long and successful career at Rockwell, leading sales in Canada, holding roles in Sales Operations and Market Access, and most recently achieving outstanding sales performance in Latin America," said Genereux.
