AllianceAgile Robots takes over Idealworks completely

Agile Robots has acquired the remaining shares in the BMW Group spin-off Idealworks and now holds 100%. The BMW Group remains a long-term partner. The aim is to expand the area of industrial automation and make wider use of AI-supported robotics.
