Ad van de Noort takes over management of EMEA sales

On January 1, 2026, Ad van de Noort officially took over the role of CSO EMEA at the Lapp Group. He had been in charge of sales in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa) on an interim basis since June 2025.

With Ad van de Noort, the Stuttgart-based provider of cable and connection technology has appointed an experienced manager as CSO of its largest region. Born in the Netherlands, he joined Lapp in 2015 after working for international industrial companies such as GE and ABB. Since then, he has managed Western European sales with companies in France, England and Benelux before taking on the role of CSO EMEA on an interim basis in June 2025. In the 2025 financial year, Lapp generated sales of over 1.9 billion euros, with EMEA accounting for around two thirds of this.
