Bruchsal-based drive specialist SEW-Eurodrive has officially opened its new "DriveEducation" training center. On 9,300 square meters, the new building, which cost over 30 million euros, offers state-of-the-art learning conditions for around 250 trainees and 100 dual students. It is based on the three-pillar model "Introduce - Train - Specialize".

The aim is to get young people interested in technology at an early age, provide trainees with optimal conditions and give employees space for targeted further training, for example in robotics or IT. In the future, smaller companies in the region could also use the center.

"With our new training center, we are not only creating a state-of-the-art and future-oriented learning environment for a wide range of target groups. We are also sending out a clear signal regarding the attractiveness of our home region and Baden-Württemberg as a business location as a whole," emphasized COO Dr. Jörg Hermes.
