New top for Texas Instruments

Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) will have a new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as of April 1, 2023.

Haviv Ilan becomes the new President and CEO of Texas Instruments on April 1

Haviv Ilan, who has been with TI for 24 years, succeeds the current President and CEO, Rich Templeton. He will relinquish both positions over the next two months, but will remain with the company as Chairman. This reshuffle is a carefully planned succession plan, after Ilan was appointed Senior Vice President in 2014 and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2020, before also being appointed to the Board of Directors in 2021.
