The transport vehicles are used for the internal transportation of large load carriers such as pallets or pallet cages. Loads of up to 1500 kg are picked up by driving underneath and lifting out. The lifting path is 150 mm. The drive module with differential drive enables bidirectional driving, while the logistics assistants from SEW-Eurodrive achieve a maximum speed of 1.5 m/s. Their orientation in production and logistics areas takes place with the aid of free laser contour navigation, including fine positioning and a parking function relative to the object. Power is supplied by a lithium-ion battery; a capacitor storage unit can also be used as an option. Communication is via WiFi and 5G. The VDA 5050 communication interface enables different vehicle types to be connected to the fleet management system via MQTT.
