Base plate for the gripper assembly
Gimatic offers a standardized base plate made of laser-cut sheet metal for the fast and cost-effective assembly of robot gripper systems, especially for the plastic injection moulding industry.
The 400 mm × 400 mm base plate can be used to attach all of the manufacturer's standard connecting parts such as interchangeable clamping pieces, including matching components such as sprue grippers. The base plate is made of galvanized sheet steel. The components to be fastened can be attached flexibly thanks to the integrated slotted holes. According to the manufacturer, many simple applications for handling in the plastic injection molding industry can be mounted on the 485 g lightweight plate - for example a robot changing system. The previous structure with profiles is no longer necessary.
