Attach cables to cobot arms
Reiku offers two universal systems designed for different load heights for attaching cables and wires to the round, smooth arms of cobots (robots that collaborate with humans without additional protection).
As well as being easy to install, they offer a high degree of slip resistance and virtually wear-free fixing of the cable protection. They can be used at temperatures from -40 to +80 °C (up to +100 °C for short periods). According to the supplier, the LSDFB series is suitable for slow to average cobot movement speeds with low loads. They are attached using a Velcro grip tape that wraps around the robot arm. Available in two sizes, their typical application range covers arm diameters from 54 mm to 110 mm and corrugated tube diameters from NW 17 to NW 29. The associated polyamide (PA) turntable enables variable guidance of the cable protection using the clamps made of the same type of plastic. The Mesub series, with its stainless steel clamp, hinge pin screw connection and non-slip EPDM rubber profile, is designed for the higher dynamic and mechanical stresses typical of industrial and palletizing robots. Available in six variants, it is suitable for robot arm diameters from 54 mm to 108 mm and for mounting all of the company's clamp variants from NW 17 to NW 90 on the integrated universal bracket. A special adapter plate enables the use of swivel flanges under the clamps.
