In addition, Artiminds now supports line profile sensors from LMI Technologies with its Robot Programming Suite (RPS). The RPS enables precise detection of the cable position in order to efficiently automate complex robot applications with multidimensional image acquisition. Robot programs can be easily created and executed directly on the standard controller of the industrial robot without additional hardware. At SPS, the company will also be focusing on process data analysis using the Learning & Analytics for Robots (LAR) software. This makes it possible to automatically record and visually evaluate sensor data such as force measurements. This allows deviations in the process or causes of faulty insertion processes to be precisely identified.
