"The demand for robotics and automation remains high and the transformation of many customer industries requires innovative automation solutions. The emerging easing of supply chains is now enabling the industry to gradually work off the enormously high order backlog," says Frank Konrad, Chairman of VDMA Robotics + Automation and CEO of Hahn Automation.

Further impetus is expected from automatica, which will take place in Munich from June 27 to 30, 2023. "Against this backdrop, we firmly expect to significantly exceed our previous sales record from 2018 and thus leave the pandemic behind us once and for all," Konrad continues.
