Resolution up to 80 picometers
IBS Precision Engineering offers the compact, high-resolution CPL230 and CPL350 measuring systems for capacitive distance measurement from Lion Precision. The non-contact systems offer a resolution of up to 80 picometers.
The maximum bandwidth of 15 kHz enables high temporal dynamics during the measurement.
Both systems operate with low inherent noise and are thermally compensated to minimize temperature drifts. The maximum resolution of 80 picometers can be achieved with a bandwidth of 100 Hz. The measuring range is between 20 µm and 8 mm.
