New Vice President of Sustainability
Rockwell Automation has appointed Emmanuel Guilhamon as Vice President, Sustainability, effective July 1. Guilhamon will report to Becky House, Senior Vice President, Chief People and Legal Officer.
In this role, Guilhamon is responsible for developing, leading and implementing Rockwell 's global sustainability strategy, which is focused on three key objectives: sustainable customers, sustainable business and sustainable communities. He leads the company's sustainability team, which works with internal and external partners to coordinate and implement the company's environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments. The team is also tasked with driving the development of solutions that help manufacturers achieve their sustainability goals.
Guilhamon joined Rockwell in 2019 as Head of Sales for the Process Industry in Global Sales & Marketing. In this role, he was responsible for sales and strategic direction. Most recently, he was Sales Director for Strategic Account Heavy Industries. Prior to Rockwell, Guilhamon was Sales Director at Cysalys, a Series A startup in the renewable energy sector. He began his career at Schlumberger and held various positions in engineering, field sales, recruitment, account and product management in the EMEA region and the Americas.
Guilhamon, who currently lives in Paris, will relocate to the US with his family and will be based at Rockwell's headquarters in Milwaukee.
