With Pilz Education Systems (PES), Pilz is launching a modular training system onto the market. This enables education and training institutions to improve practical training in the field of safe automation technology. A total of nine different combinable control panels for sensors, control, operation and maintenance are available, as well as a board that simulates a real plant. Thanks to the use of real industrial components, the safety and automation functions of a machine or system are simulated in a practical way. The training system modules are ready for use without any further installation work and can be combined in different ways. According to the manufacturer, the documentation supplied is prepared in such a way that the exercises can also be carried out as self-study without instructions. With the Pilz Education Systems, for example, trainees can learn the basics of safe automation in a practical way. They implement their own projects with the help of wiring examples and solve tasks using predefined sample exercises. The level of difficulty can be varied.
