Embedded PC for Industry 4.0 and machine vision
The 'PicoSYS 1667' from ICO is an embedded PC equipped with an Intel 12th Gen Alder Lake CPU. It has a fanless design and is equipped with a wide range of interfaces.
The embedded PC from ICO has an Intel Core i5-12500 processor, 16 Gbyte RAM (expandable to 64 Gbyte) and a 256 Gbyte SSD. It can be flexibly expanded with M.2, MiniPCIe and SIM slots. The connection options include two Gigabit LAN ports, HDMI graphics connection, serial interfaces (configurable as RS232, RS422, RS485), USB ports (2.0, 3.0, 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A) and eight digital I/Os. The embedded PC is suitable for applications including Industry 4.0 with unmanned forklift trucks, machine vision with logistics vision sorting, photovoltaic vision inspection, intelligent quality inspection machines and inspections in automotive manufacturing. In industrial manufacturing, it is used to control industrial robotic arms, laser cutting machines, engraving machines, CNC machining centers, dispensing machines, 3D printers and distributed control systems (DCS).
