The 'NUCN' (image) is equipped with Intel Atom processors from the E series and Intel processors from the N series (Alderlake-N). Depending on the CPU variant, up to eight cores and eight threads are used. A 12th generation Intel UHD graphics processor is integrated for graphics processing. The SBC from E.E.P.D. has up to 16 GB of LPDDR5-4800 memory with in-band ECC (Error Correction Code) support. It operates in the extended temperature range of -40 to +85 °C. Later models are also compatible with the subsequent Atom generation 'Amston Lake'.

The 'Mime' is based on the current Intel Core Ultra processors of the 14th generation, has a main memory with up to 96 Gbyte dual-channel DDR5-5600 SO-DIMMs with in-band ECC support and is designed for an operating temperature range of 0 to +60 °C.
