Siemens patent applicationsInventors of the year 2019 have been announced
Siemens has named 23 researchers as "Inventors of the Year 2019". Their inventions range from a solution that allows older railroad lines to be electrified without major modifications to a postcard-sized module for industrial control systems that works with AI.

A new generation of hearing aids, real-time signal processing, the future of Industry 4.0 - there hardly seems to be anything in the field of artificial intelligence that Dr. Justinian Rosca hasn't come up with an idea for. The inventor of the year from Corporate Technology in Princeton (New Jersey) is one of the pioneers in this field. Today, Rosca is researching how robots and transport vehicles can perceive their surroundings and move around autonomously and safely - just like humans. To do this, they need to receive visual and acoustic signals in real time, process them without great effort, predict future changes and use them to make decisions about their next action.
