The companies are focusing on combining Siemens' "Sinec Security Guard," designed to enhance cybersecurity in production, and the "Siemens Industrial Copilot" for generative AI-driven automation, with ServiceNow's workflow automation. This integration allows results generated by AI from the Siemens Industrial Copilot to be directly embedded into ServiceNow workflows.

A key component of this partnership is ServiceNow's "Operational Technology Service Management Suite" (OTSM). This suite helps companies manage and secure their operational technology environments by integrating IT and OT workflows, providing real-time visibility, and automating processes across the store floor. By integrating Sinec Security Guard, ServiceNow's OT Vulnerability Response (OT VR) capabilities are further enhanced, enabling deeper insights into OT device vulnerabilities and allowing for faster identification and remediation of security threats.

ServiceNow's Now Platform coordinates and manages complex automation workflows and integrates AI into operational processes, while Siemens contributes extensive industry expertise in the automation sector. The Siemens Industrial Copilot, built on generative AI, fosters better long-term collaboration between humans and machines in production environments. Companies using the Now Platform to structure their workflows can achieve even greater transparency with the Operations Copilot, as static and dynamic machine data provide visibility and control. The Operations Copilot supports production workers with detailed instructions and recommendations in natural language.
