Philipp Harting joined Harting in 2008 as Managing Director Asia in Hong Kong after training as an industrial electronics technician and studying industrial engineering with a specialization in electrical engineering. Just three years later, the now 45-year-old moved to the Management Board of Connectivity & Networks in the Harting Technology Group. He has been Chairman of the Management Board there since 2015.
