With the UV-3013XC, IDS is launching a UVC industrial camera with autofocus and 13 megapixel resolution. Thanks to USB Video Class, users no longer need to install a driver to put the camera into operation. The camera is simply connected to the computer and the image is received. This works platform-independently under Windows as well as Linux and Mac OS X. The camera is housed in a robust magnesium casing with screw-on connections. Thanks to various auto functions, the camera with USB 3.0 interface is particularly suitable for professional image processing applications with changing light and environmental conditions. The dimensions of 32 mm × 61 mm × 19 mm enable space-saving integration. Functions such as brightness, contrast or saturation can also be set manually. You can implement your own applications for the UVC camera via DirectShow (Windows) or Video4Linux (Linux). The camera delivers single images with a resolution of 4192×3104 or 4128 × 3096 pixels or live recordings in various sizes up to Full HD.
