IDS presents the XC camera as the USB 3.0 version of the 'X camera series'. It includes auto features such as autofocus, 16x digital zoom, face detection and backlight correction. The autofocus camera with 13 megapixels is designed for industrial use. It is available with the 'IDS Software Suite', which enables individual configuration of all camera settings; a driver-independent UVC version (USB Video Class) is planned. The USB 3.0 industrial camera delivers single images with a resolution of 4192 × 3104 or 4128 × 3096 pixels or live recordings in sizes up to Full HD (1920 × 1080 pixels) with a maximum frame rate of 30 fps. With its numerous automatic functions, it is particularly suitable for changing light conditions or dynamic shooting situations.
