André Hartmann's career path led him into the world of automation after studying automation technology and completing an MBA in marketing. Initially as a trainee at proctec, later as a software engineer at Dilo Systems, he has now been working for Bihl+Wiedemann since 2007.

He started at Bihl+Wiedemann as a key account manager, completed his MBA in marketing while working from 2008 to 2020 and has been responsible for sales in a managerial position since April 2019.
