Balluff - Portable Monitoring System:
The Portable Monitoring System from Balluff consists of the condition monitoring sensor 'BCM', a mobile gateway for data transmission via mobile radio and software for visualizing the data on any end device. It can digitally monitor pumps, fans, motors or machine tools. The condition monitoring sensor provides status data and records vibration, temperature, humidity and ambient pressure. To implement the system, the sensor is installed on the machine and connected to the gateway. The gateway is battery-operated and can therefore be used on the move. All the user has to do is connect the power supply unit and log in to the online portal after registering. After logging in, the status of the monitored machine or system can be viewed anytime and anywhere, whether on the monitor in production or on the move on a smartphone or tablet. The software used for this can be started via the web browser. The user can manage the devices and users on a dashboard.
