
Topsystem presents its business intelligence (BI) tool Lydia Warehouse Intelligence (LWI). LWI's data analytics architecture provides users with voice process, user and device data in an administration interface and simultaneously analyzes these values. The BI tool also defines relevant KPIs - such as server response times, battery life or WLAN field strength - and monitors compliance with them. Warehouse managers in particular, who control internal processes efficiently and therefore need to be informed about the current status of all important warehouse KPIs at all times, should benefit from this. The analysis of historical data that is provided also serves to permanently optimize logistics processes. Another useful function is the definition of limit values: if these are exceeded or undercut, the system automatically alerts the user. The tool is also suitable as a preliminary stage for predictive maintenance: the continuous monitoring of the analyzed data material enables maintenance requirements to be identified at an early stage. Having recently placed the speech recognition of the Lydia Voice Suite on a new technological footing, Topsystem is now expanding the functional scope of the software solution. For example, text messaging enables text messages to be sent to voice users as voice messages.
