Wenglor presents the WinTec OY2TA104P0150 time-of-flight sensors with three Industrial Ethernet variants: Proifinet, Ethercat or Ethernet/IP are available. The sensors can communicate actively and are individually known in the system; they therefore comply with the highest Industry 4.0 conformity CP44. The sensors detect black and shiny objects even at extreme angles. The operating range is specified as 0.1 to 10.1 m. An integrated PoE interface reduces the amount of cabling required. The housing measures 81 mm x 55 mm x 30 mm. A dedicated web server provides worldwide access to all sensor functions, for example to enable location-independent diagnostics. According to the manufacturer, the Plug&Play function and a graphic OLED display ensure user convenience.
