The 750-880/025-001 telecontrol system from Wago has received the 'IEC 61850 Conformance' certificate from TÜV Süd. This means that the controller meets the requirements of the communication standard for protection and control technology in electrical switchgear. In addition to IEC 61850, the company's telecontrollers also support the telecontrol protocol in accordance with IEC 60870-5-101/-103/-104. A configuration interface is also integrated in the Codesys development environment for both telecontrol protocols. This eliminates the need for time-consuming programming for the user, as the entire IEC communication can be parameterized.
