With the HMI framework E-Tools HMI, Eckelmann is presenting a solution for creating industry-compatible user interfaces. This allows intuitive user guidance, multi-touch functions and gesture control to be implemented. The operating sequence and range of functions can be freely defined and the operating and display elements can be adapted as required. Function, display and operating philosophy are separated, which, according to the manufacturer, simplifies and accelerates the creation and maintenance of user interfaces. Machine builders can tailor operation and system design to their technology and the needs of their users. Application-specific additional modules can be easily integrated as plug-ins. Examples of functions that can be implemented with the software: Navigation via touch and swipe gestures, manipulation of objects via rotation and zoom, overlay effects and compilation of user-specific dashboards via drag & drop.
