The wall-mountable box PCs in the EL211x EmbeddedLine series are configured by German manufacturer TL Electronic with the AMD 'Embedded G-Series GX-217GA' processor with a clock speed of 2 × 1.65 GHz. Based on the x86 architecture, the dual-core CPU offers Radeon HD 8180 graphics and an integrated I/O controller on the system side, making it a system-on-chip solution. The processor's operating temperature range between 0 and +90 °C and the maximum power dissipation (TDP, Thermal Design Power) of 15 W ensure low heat loss and enable fanless operation. The operating temperature is between 0 and +50 °C, which is suitable for industrial use. With a footprint of 210 mm × 220 mm, the Box PC is available with up to 16 GB DDR3 main memory and 500 GB SATA hard disk, which can be expanded with additional drives including SSD. Eight USB interfaces, two of which comply with the 3.0 specification, up to three serial COM interfaces, two RJ-45 ports for Gigabit Ethernet, two PS/2 ports, audio I/O, an internal parallel port, DVI and a display port are available as communication ports. The Box PCs are supplied with 12 or 19 to 24 V(DC) input voltage.
