Allied Vision presents two new models in the "Manta" camera family. The Manta G-235 is equipped with the Sony IMX174 CMOS global shutter sensor, while the Manta G-505 delivers high frame rates at 5 MPixel resolution. With the global shutter CMOS sensor from Sony, the Manta G-235 offers high sensitivity values and quantum efficiency, low background noise, a dynamic range of over 70 dB and a high saturation capacity. The resolution is 2.3 MPixel, the frame rate is specified at 57 fps at Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080). The camera with GigE Vision interface is also available as a board-level version and with an angled sensor head. The Manta G-505 is equipped with the sensitive Sony ICX625 CCD sensor with 5 MPixel resolution and offers a frame rate of 15 fps thanks to the tap balance method. Both camera models have optocoupled inputs and outputs and support industrial supply voltages of up to 24 V. Thanks to the optional Power-over-Ethernet support, they can also be supplied with power via the GigE Vision interface.
