If certain parts in the enclosure are still to be live despite the main switch being switched off, they must be marked orange or yellow. This applies to two system parts in particular: the socket outlet in the enclosure to which the laptop or other electronic or electrical assembly devices are to be connected, and the enclosure light for the fitter. Gogatec offers yellow snap-on Schuko sockets on top-hat rails for this purpose. Alternatively, they are also available in a version in which an LED signals the presence of mains voltage as an additional warning. Supply cables can be wrapped in a yellow or orange fabric tube which, thanks to its elasticity, can be easily slipped over the cable or over several cables at the same time. The Schuko socket outlet is also available in red - this indicates the supply with a UPS system via batteries and is intended to ensure that only small consumers such as laptops are plugged in.
