The Smarc and Qseven Computer-on-Modules from Icop Technology have been developed in accordance with SGET specifications and are equipped with a soldered 800 MHz DMP Vortex86 DX2 x86 system-on-chip and 1 GB DDR2 RAM. According to the manufacturer, the modules enable fanless and robust designs for extended temperature ranges from - 20 °C to + 70 °C. The integrated graphics support a resolution of 1280 x 1024 via VGA, LVDS and HDMI. Storage media can be connected via 1.5 GBit/s SATA, SD and eMMC interfaces. GbE LAN and USB 2.0 are also supported. Customer-specific extensions can be implemented via PCIe-x1, SPI, I²C and GPIO. HD audio support rounds off the range of interfaces. The new modules offer comprehensive operating system support including DOS, Embedded Linux, X-Linux, QNX, VxWorks, FreeBSD as well as Microsoft Windows CE 6.0, Embedded Compact 7, Windows XP Professional, Windows Embedded Standard (XPE) and POS Ready (WePOS).
