With the 2.5-inch Pico-ITX single-board computer Hyper-KBN, Comp-Mall presents an embedded motherboard based on the AMD Embedded G series. The 100 mm x 72 mm computer enables a quick entry into the development of graphics-intensive small form factor applications. Users can implement compact multimedia applications with DX11.1, OpenGL 4.1, full HD video playback, dual display function and VGA resolution up to 2048 x 1536 pixels with the ready-to-use Pico-ITX-SBC. The model is available with four different dual/quad-core SoCs. Their TDP ranges from 9 W for fan-free operation to 25 W. A 204-pin connector enables 1600/1333 single-channel DDR3/DDR3L SO-DIMM up to a maximum of 8 Gbyte. The programmable graphics unit (GPU) offers frequencies from 300 to 600 MHz. Interfaces include two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0, Gigabit Ethernet with ASF 2.0, one 6.0 Gbit/s SATA with 5 V supply, RS232, HD audio, DVI-I (1920 x 1200) and 18 bit LVDS (1600 x 900), front panel and fan connectors as well as a 12 V (DC) mains connector. A watchdog timer for automatic restart is also onboard, as is the 'One Key Recovery' function. The specified operating temperature range is 0 to +60°C.
