The PC configuration software for the 'Jumpflex' measuring transducer makes it easier to manage Wago interface components. The software is an alternative to configuration via DIP switches. The program is available free of charge and runs on all PCs with 32 or 64-bit Windows operating systems. Communication between the PC and Jumpflex components is established via USB cable or Bluetooth adapter. The interface configuration software automatically recognizes connected modules. According to the manufacturer, the graphical user interface is clearly laid out and easy to use; frequently required commands are directly accessible via a main menu at the top of the dialog. Current data can be read out, changed and then written back to the device at the touch of a button. Process values are also displayed as a trend curve. All parameters can be saved and reused for other Jumpflex devices of the same type.
