The plug & play functions required to solve the cleaning task were also implemented using the new software architecture. For example, functional attachments, such as a robot hand or a battery-powered vacuum cleaner, can be easily changed on the robot arm. In December last year, the first user tests were carried out at the cleaning service provider Dussmann in Berlin, which successfully demonstrated the feasibility of such cleaning applications with the current state of the art.
