The Accon-TeleService IE software from Deltalogics enables remote access to S7 controllers without the need for changes to the S7 project. The software supports all common Windows operating systems and is also suitable for 64-bit versions. As the remote maintenance software contains a breakdown for the correct forwarding of all port numbers and IP addresses to internal port numbers, it enables direct access to various S7 controllers - and the project planning data can remain untouched. A transparent exchange of data is possible both for individual participants and for complete network segments. The router then translates the port numbers and IP addresses based on the port forwarding rules set up in the router. As the IP address exchange is implemented as an additional interface in the PG/PC interface, it is directly available to almost all standard engineering tools from Siemens. Users also have the option of specifying the target address not only as an IP address, but also using a DNS name.
