The Matrox RadientPro CL vision processor and associated Matrox FPGA Development Kit (FDK) from Matrox Imaging enable developers of machine vision applications to leverage the high-speed image acquisition of Camera Link cameras together with the image processing capabilities of the Altera Stratix V-FPGA. 'Matrox RadientPro CL' is a half-length PCIe2.0 x8 frame grabber card that captures images from all Camera Link 2.0 sources at up to 85 MHz, including full/80-bit configurations. The FDK provides a component library and tools to simplify the configuration of customized FPGAs for the RadientPro family of vision processor boards.
