DC 061 axis module from Sigmatek
© Sigmatek
The DC 061 axis module from Sigmatek with a rated power of almost 300 W is designed to control a synchronous servo motor with a continuous current of up to 6 A at 48 V(DC) and measures 12.5 mm x 103.5 mm x 72 mm. The module can deliver a maximum peak current of 15 A for short periods. The integrated standard resolver input (12 bit) enables feedback evaluation (position feedback). A 24 V (DC) output is also available for controlling a holding brake. Energy recovery into the DC link during braking increases energy efficiency, especially in multi-axis systems. The axis module is equipped with a two-channel enable input, which enables the implementation of an STO Safe Torque Off for applications up to SIL 3 in accordance with EN 62061 and category 4, PL e (EN ISO 13849-1). Monitoring functions such as short-circuit shutdown, overvoltage and undervoltage monitoring as well as temperature and i²t monitoring ensure operational safety. The application is configured and programmed using the 'Lasal' engineering tool. Numerous ready-made motion function blocks and technology modules are available in the drive library.
