The touch terminals in Panasonic's HM500 series are housed in a completely metallic casing. They are based on an ARM Cortex A8 processor with 600 Mhz to 1 GHz. The devices are equipped with a dual 100 Mbit Ethernet interface with integrated switch. They support VNC technology. The series consists of four models in sizes 4.3, 7, 10.4 and 13.4 inches with TFT color display and LED backlighting. All models can be mounted horizontally and vertically. The visualization software 'HMWin' is used for intuitive programming of HMI applications. The graphics engine is based on SVG technology.
