This year, Heitec is presenting cost-optimized 1U system enclosures for industrial applications based on the 19-inch standard, as well as two CompactPCI serial lines, which are available in scalable versions with either Ethernet Star or Full Mesh backplane technology. The 1U enclosures are available both as a slide-in system and as a desktop enclosure and, according to the manufacturer, offer maximum interior space utilization and adaptability. An EMC variant is optionally available, which combines EMC springs with a new type of EMC fabric tape.
