Mitsubishi Electric presents the two TFT LCD modules AA150XT11-PCAP (15 inch, XGA) and AA190EA01-PCAP (19 inch, SXGA) and complements the existing PCAP line-up with sizes from 6.5 to 12.1 inches with the larger screen diagonals. Both modules offer a contrast ratio of 800:1 and a brightness of 1200 ^cd/m2. With a color depth of 8 bit, up to 16.7 million colors can be displayed. Designed for use in a temperature range of -20 to +70°C, they are suitable for use in harsh industrial environments. Both TFT-LCD modules are controlled via an LVDS interface. The integrated touch panel controller has a UART and USB interface. Driver software is available for Windows 7 and Linux 3.0. Different cover glasses are optionally available - for example with black frame printing, anti-reflective or anti-smudge coating and reinforced protective glass.
