Sercos bus coupler AXL FBKS3 from Phoenix Contact

The AXL F BK S3 Sercos bus coupler for the IP20 I/O system 'Axioline F' from Phoenix Contact is available in a new version: In addition to firmware extensions such as Sercos Energy, the possibility of cross communication and the option of establishing up to eight connections, the housing design has been optimized. Thanks to this housing, the Sercos address can be assigned directly during installation using the integrated rotary coding switches, which speeds up commissioning and enables the module to be replaced easily if necessary. As with the bayable F I/O modules from Axioline, a bus base module for local bus communication is located below the module electronics. The I/O station is therefore installed in two standardized steps: First, all bus base modules are snapped onto the top-hat rail one after the other and connected to each other. The module electronics are then mounted on the respective bus base module. Up to 63 additional F modules can be connected to the bus coupler, which complies with specification V1.3. These can be digital and analog inputs and outputs, temperature sensors or modules for position detection.
