The liquid-cooled ADV200 WH/LC frequency inverter from Gefran is suitable for plastic extrusion and plastic injection molding. It combines an inverter for asynchronous/synchronous motors with or without an encoder with liquid cooling, making it significantly more compact than air-cooled inverters with the same output, according to the supplier. In addition to a special mounting system with two easy-to-implement installation alternatives - control cabinet installation or through-hole mounting - the frequency inverter offers the option of integrating the braking resistor on the heat sink for motor outputs up to 55 kW. Mains choke (up to an output of 200 kW) and EMC filter are integrated ex works. The inverter is available in sizes 5, 6 and 7 (55 kW to 200 kW).
