Jung Hebe- und Transporttechnik now offers an electrically powered steering mechanism with battery drive. With one charge of the lithium battery system, the JLA-e 15/30 G can ideally work under load for up to six hours. The fast battery charging time of 60 to 90 minutes also allows short-term use without longer lead times. The standard version of the device is only 120 cm wide and 80 cm deep, offering a load capacity of up to 15 tons; in combination with an appropriate chassis, loads of up to 30 tons can be manoeuvred. This means that heavy machinery can be transported regardless of the availability of a tractor unit or forklift truck. At 180 mm, the low overall height of the steering mechanism matches the G-series chassis. The movement of the steering mechanism can be controlled by the radio remote control via two control levers, which transmit the direction of travel commands directly. The complete JLA -e 15/30 G weighs only 240 kg. The can be removed for storage after work.
