The flashing beacons of the CWB-ATEX series with DNV-GL approval from Pfannenberg are used for visual hazard indication in hazardous areas of zones 1, 2, 21 and 22. The aluminum housing, the robust mechanical design and the IP66 degree of protection allow use in the harshest environments. These include machine rooms and offshore installations, especially in the petrochemical sector, where ATEX certification is required for explosion protection. The operating temperature of the signaling devices is -40 to +50 °C. Various mounting brackets and a protective cage are available as accessories.
