Wago has twelve new components available for the 750 XTR I/O system: These include, in particular, the 'PFC200' controller with a real-time-capable Linux operating system. It is available in two versions with different numbers of communication interfaces: with two Ethernet connections and RS 232/RS 485 or with two Ethernet connections, RS 232/RS 485, CAN, CANopen and Profibus DP Slave. With the controller, users have the option of configuring their projects both with the 'e!Cockpit' engineering software under Codesys 3 and with 'Wago-I/O-Pro' under Codesys 2. Both variants are also available as telecontrollers that support the telecontrol protocols IEC 60870-5-101, -103 and -104, IEC 61850 and IEC 61400-25 as well as DNP3. The telecontrol variants are configured under Codesys. They support IPsec and OpenVPN, among others. In addition to the controllers, a 3-phase power measurement terminal extends the I/O system's range of applications. It is available in three versions: for measurement with current transformers at a maximum measuring current of 1 A or 5 A and for measurement with Rogowski coils. Measured variables such as reactive, apparent and active power, energy consumption, power factor, phase angle, frequency, overvoltage and undervoltage as well as overcurrent and undercurrent are made available directly in the process image without requiring high computing power on the controller. The I/O system portfolio also includes two 2-channel digital input terminals for 60 V and 110 V, an 8-channel digital input terminal in 2-wire connection technology (filter 0.2 ms), a 2-channel analog differential input terminal for 4 to 20 mA and a distance terminal for optical demarcation of segments with different voltage ranges within a node.
