TQ presents the COM Express Compact module TQMx50UC, which is based on the Intel Core Generation 5 ('Broadwell-U'). With the single-chip processors from Intel Core i3 to Intel Core i7 and with up to 16 Gbytes of permanently soldered DDR3L memory, powerful embedded solutions can be realized. The COM Express Mini module TQMxE38M with the Intel Atom E3800 family is available for systems with an extended temperature range. For the lower performance classes, as typically required in gateway applications, TQ is presenting a reference system with the Intel Quark processor X10xx. Combined with the Linux-based Intel Internet-of-Things software stacks, this enables rapid entry into the IoT market. All of the company's x86 platforms support security features such as TPM (1.2/2.0).
