B&R has expanded the 'Acoposmicro' two-axis drive system: In addition to the versions with resolver and EnDat 2.2 and LinMot encoder interfaces, the Acoposmicro Servo has an option board. In addition to two trigger inputs and a 24 V DC voltage output, this offers an additional digital input and two further digital outputs. This can be used to control holding brakes, for example. The Acoposmicro stepper with heat distributor can be screwed onto mounting plates or cold plates. The stepper version with heat sink, which is suitable for wall mounting, is new. The extended cooling options allow the stepper to be used in applications with higher performance requirements without taking up additional space in the control cabinet.
